Sawyer and Kaity invited me to photograph their wedding. It was held at a church in Kokomo, simple and small and lots of fun.

The Story of Rick and Lorry
A recent engagement shoot in Huntington, Ind. with one of my favorite people. She wanted a very mute color and gothic look.

All in all, it tested me because I knew she had high hopes.
Luckily she loved them.
Can't wait to shoot her wedding next year :D

Looking back is always both fun and annoying. Seeing how you've grown and changed. Seeing what you used to do that you liked, and what you didn't like.
Here are a few old photos from a performance of Nashville Pussy and Reverend Horton Heat8.
Christine and Matt
An engagement shoot with two friends of mine.
Boiling a lens

And some of you may ask why I agree with this when I photoshop my photos now. A: I'm not a journalist anymore. B: I've always felt this way. C: What I do now is less about drama and ethical, objective storytelling, and more about actually CREATING the drama and emotion that the news should not be in the business of doing.
