For decades boudoir photography has been about lingerie and glamor. I want to go beyond that. I want to tell stories. I want to photograph imagination. I want to do a narrative as simple as a lazy Sunday morning in winter with a mug of hot chocolate, to a gender bending Charlie Chaplin complete with the Bowler cap, to recreating fairytales where Prince Charming is the Damsel in Distress. I want to break from the tropes.

Boudoir should be more than just glamor. Boudoir should be a perfect mix of beauty, fashion, art, and creativity. More than just lingerie, boudoir can be whatever you want it to be.

I have been shooting for 14 years, and every shoot I do, I try to achieve three things; Emotion, Expression, and Empowerment. These are the most important features of beauty and boudoir, and I want to give those feelings to my clients. I want them to leave the shoot feeling charged. Like they can take on the world. Confidence and empowerment is something everyone should be able to experience. It’s an amazing feeling.
